Southlake Paws ships all items directly from our verified vendor partners located in the United States and internationally. This business model allows us to offer a wider selection of premium products while providing faster delivery on many orders. Every order is tracked, and shipping details are displayed during checkout and sent by email once the order is confirmed.
Order Processing Times
Standard orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times begin once payment has cleared. Orders placed after normal business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed before checkout based on your shipping address and the delivery service you select. Standard economy shipping within the USA typically arrives within five to eight business days at a flat rate of $9.99 unless otherwise noted. Some products may offer faster shipping options, which will be shown at checkout.
Tracking and Order Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. All packages can be tracked directly on the carrier’s website. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is marked as “delivered” but is not received, we recommend first checking with your local carrier office, neighbors, or household members. If the package is still missing, contact us at service@southlakepaws.com within seven days of the marked delivery date for assistance. For damaged items, notify us within five days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship hazardous, perishable, or otherwise restricted items. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations are not guaranteed and may require additional shipping fees.
Viewing Shipping Costs and Delivery Timeframes
All shipping rates and delivery timeframes are clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed. Certain products may display delivery estimates on their product pages. If no estimate is shown or you have questions about shipping costs for a specific product, you may contact us directly.
