1. Order Processing Times

Standard Processing: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States . Shipping rates and timeframes are calculated and shown before checkout based on your location and selected service.
Domestic Shipping Charge (USA)

4. Tracking & Order Updates

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

All packages can be tracked via the carrier’s website.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen: If marked “delivered” but not received, first check with your carrier or neighbors. If unresolved, contact us at service@southlakepaws.com within 7 days.

Damaged: Report damage within 5 days of delivery with photos and order number. We'll offer a replacement or refund after review.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship hazardous, perishable, or restricted items.

We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations—additional fees may apply.
