At Southlake Paws, we’re committed to providing fast, reliable delivery of high-quality pet products. Below you'll find our full shipping policy, including estimated delivery times and shipping costs, so you can shop with full confidence.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States . Shipping rates and timeframes are calculated and shown before checkout based on your location and selected service.

 Domestic Shipping Charge (USA)

  • Economy 5 to 8 business days Charge $9.99

4. Tracking & Order Updates

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • All packages can be tracked via the carrier’s website.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen: If marked “delivered” but not received, first check with your carrier or neighbors. If unresolved, contact us at service@southlakepaws.com within 7 days.

  • Damaged: Report damage within 5 days of delivery with photos and order number. We'll offer a replacement or refund after review.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship hazardous, perishable, or restricted items.

  • We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations—additional fees may apply.


7. Where to View Shipping Costs

  • All shipping rates and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Some products display delivery estimates on the product page. If missing, please reach out to us directly.
