Welcome to Southlake Paws. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Southlake Paws — a division of Hometown Animal Supply LLC. Southlake Paws operates this website and online store to provide a secure, curated shopping experience for pet lovers (the “Services”). Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify.

Shipping timelines provided on the Services or at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Under typical conditions, most orders delivered within the United States arrive within eight (8) to eleven (11) business days from the date of purchase, as further described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, supplier processing, customs, weather, or seasonal volume.
