Shipping Policy

Southlake Paws, a division of Hometown Animal Supply LLC, is dedicated to providing reliable and transparent shipping for pet parents across the United States. We partner with trusted domestic suppliers and select designer brands to bring you the best products for your pets.

Reliable Tracked Shipping Every order placed with Southlake Paws includes shipment tracking and delivery updates. We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout; we do not add hidden fees after your order is placed.

Processing and Handling Times Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing begins once payment has been cleared. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timeline We strive to get your pet’s favorites to your door as quickly as possible.

Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within five to ten (5–10) business days after the order has been processed.

Actual delivery times may vary slightly based on carrier performance or seasonal volume, but we work hard to ensure your order arrives within this window.

Shipping Rates and Tracking Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to display movement after the label has been created.

Delivery Issues and Damaged Goods

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at service@southlakepaws.com within two business days.

Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our 14-Day Return Policy.

Shipping Restrictions We ship only within the United States. We do not currently ship to international addresses or U.S. territories. Please note that we require a physical residential or business address for delivery; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
