Returns Policy

We want to ensure your return is handled smoothly. Because our products ship from various fulfillment partners, returns must be routed correctly to be processed.

  1. Request an RMA: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email service@southlakepaws.com to initiate a return. We will provide your RMA number and instructions within 1 business day.

  2. Return Address: Approved returns must be shipped to the specific warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions.

  3. Important: Please do not send returns to our administrative office address on Starnes Road. Returns sent to the wrong location may be refused or significantly delayed.
