When will I receive my order?

Southlake Paws ships orders within the United States using trusted carriers and always provides tracking for every shipment. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 5 to 10 business days after shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout with no hidden fees. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

How do returns work at Southlake Paws?

Southlake Paws accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for new, unused items in original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, pet beds, apparel, and similar items cannot be returned once used unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days and our team will make it right. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
